Pete has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry as well as general industrial markets. Prior to joining Autosplice, he served as a business unit President & Chief Technology Officer for Penn Engineering and Vice President of Sales & Engineering at Acument Global Technology. He has held leadership roles in sales, product management, operations, and engineering with various companies. Under his leadership, Autosplice will continue to globalize while providing a superior experience for its customers.

John has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry across a broad range of Tier 1 and Tier 2 products. Prior to joining Autosplice, John served as Chief Financial Officer at Camaco LLC and Myotek. John spent 8 years in /public accounting and almost 20 years at Adient (Johnson Controls) in a variety of accounting and financial roles.

Vishnu has over 25 years’ experience in engineering management, product design & development, advanced manufacturing engineering, and quality management. He has worked in the Automotive, Plastic Packaging and Appliance Manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Autosplice, Vishnu was Vice President of Technical Services at Triformix (China) and Principal Engineer at Molex.
Vishnu is an inventor and co-inventor of several patented and patent-pending products in the fields of electrical interconnects, radiofrequency identification, wearable sensors, and industrial packaging.

Wei Chong has over 20 years in the interconnect manufacturing industry. Since the opening of Autosplice Dongguan, China in 2004 he has led Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management and Quality to support the Asia Pacific market.

Takeshi has spent over 20 years in the electronics component industry. He joined Autosplice in 1999 as Japan finance manager and extended his overall role to Korea operations as business manager of both entities. He is also responsible for finance and administration departments for all of Autosplice Asia.

Patrick has over 25 years of excellent experiences in the automotive division. There he took over several leadership roles as factory manager, service director and director R&D. Based on his strong quality experience he started at Autosplice as director quality to move to the new IATF standard.

Shawn has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry with a strong background in electronics, safety, and infotainment. He has held positions in Purchasing, Program Management, Marketing and Sales. His strong background in building teams which provide outstanding customer support make Shawn an excellent addition to our executive management team. He is responsible for Sales and Marketing in the North American region.

Jorge has over 15 years of experience with strong background in Manufacturing Engineering, Program and Product Management. Jorge also has significant experience supporting his clients’ needs in the electromechanical industry.

Christine possesses more than 20 years of expertise in Sales, Project Management, and Engineering. She offers her knowledge in plastic injection molding, PCB assembly, and metal stamping and forming. Christine has effectively overseen numerous automotive projects and has consistently achieved high levels of customer satisfaction. She has worked as both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier, giving her an understanding of the needs and expectations of OEMs. She has continually shown her capacity to provide top-notch solutions in a dynamic and competitive industry.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the interconnection industry, Gerardo Vera brings extensive expertise to Autosplice following his leadership roles in various companies, where he managed Business Units, Voice of the Customer, and LATAM sales operations. Returning to Autosplice, he is focused on driving business development in North America with a strong commitment to fostering growth through outstanding customer support in this new era for the company.

With over two decades of experience in engineering and manufacturing within the wire harness and cable assembly industry—spanning the automotive, power and control, industrial, and medical sectors—he brings invaluable expertise to Autosplice. Specializing in mechanical splice connections, he plays a pivotal role in sales operations, supporting customers with application solutions while driving business development across North America, all with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

Since 2000, Henry has gained experience in sales and project management and has worked for key customers such as Robert Bosch, Johnson Controls and Valeo.

Due to his excellent education, Henry is skilled in sound knowledge in the fields of metal and composite components, complex assemblies and international experience in project management and product development in the field of stamping and forming.

With almost 40 years of professional experience in the fields of microelectronics, solar, splice and pin insertion technology, Denis has got the ability to provide excellent customer advice in technical solutions and sales activities.

Nick has many years of experience in tool manufacturing in the automotive and aerospace industries. With his excellent skills and his profound knowledge of metal and tooling Nick creates the optimal splice connection for your application.
